Chapter 1592 Planning Ahead
?The Fourth Prince took a glance at Reynolds who was sitting casually on the tree branch.
Reynolds looked down at him and said, "This is not a sparring session, if you don't want to end up in the same situation as them, you better go back to where you were standing."
Klaus' words angered the Fourth Prince and he looked at his younger brother, "Will you allow these pests to speak to me like that? Better keep your dog under its lease before I show it what it means when it steps on the master's toes."
The Seventh Prince waved his hand in front of him as if to calm the Fourth Prince down, "It's not like that Elder Brother, but you see, there's one small issue."
The Fourth Prince took a glance at the Seventh Prince, waiting for his explanation, "What's that?"
"I have no control over them. They are free to do as they like." The Seventh Prince said while scratching the back of his head awkwardly.
The Fourth Prince felt insulted when he saw this, "Are you trying to mock me? Have you forgotten who I am?"
The aura of the Fourth Prince burst out, and it was even more powerful than that of Klaus. For someone who broke through to the First stage of the Sovereign Plane not too long ago, he was quite powerful.
"You don't get it, do you?" Reynolds stood up and looked at the Fourth Prince.
The Fourth Prince looked at Reynolds coldly, his puppet appearing beside him. It was a Third stage Sovereign puppet.
When Reynolds saw this, his expression changed slightly. He didn't expect this as he heard the Fourth Prince only has a Second stage Sovereign puppet, seeing a Third stage one wasn't part of the information.
The Fourth Prince was already unleashing the aura of someone close to the Third stage, with a Third stage puppet with him as well, he was a tough opponent.
Reynolds jumped down from the tree and stood facing the Fourth Prince.
"Even when the others planned to kill you guys, I didn't care about it. Looks like I'll be the one to end you two after all. And as for you, little brother, I'll take care of you when I'm done with them." The Fourth Prince said as he walked closer to Reynolds.
Reynolds prepared to fight and quietly merged with his Elemental Warrior. There was no way he would be a match for two Third stage Sovereigns without the help of his Elemental Warrior, and even with that, his chances were slim. It all depends on how quickly Klaus could deal with his opponents.
The Fourth Prince made the first move, and to Reynolds surprise, he didn't attack him, rather, he aimed for Klaus who was fighting with the duo.
Klaus didn't expect the Fourth Prince to attack him. But he was always on the defensive. His domain was spread out, so the second the Fourth Prince got into the area close to him, he increased his defense on that area and prepared to project his figure forward with the help of the Fourth Prince.
The Fourth Prince attacked, but the ice dome didn't shatter from the initial attack, cracks appeared, but the dome was strong, however, it moved. The ice dome bolted forward, crashing into the two Gnomes who were trying to catch their breaths.
Spikes appear on the body of the ice dome, and one of the Gnomes was impaled by the ice spike from Klaus' ice dome.
The other one managed to escape, but he was grazed on the face.
The other one screamed in pain, but quickly retreated, even though his injury would worsen, he knew staying this close to Klaus was suicide. However, there was no way Klaus would allow him to leave.
He was already within Klaus' grasp, he would never allow someone escape from this close.
The fist of the Gnome was frozen to the ice dome, and three ice spears came from behind and impaled the man to the ice dome that was around Klaus.
One of the spears passed through the head of the man and he died on the spot.
Klaus was satisfied with the outcome of things, and he laughed joyfully. One of his opponents was dead, and with only one left, it was clear to see that he would be the victor in this battle.
The Fourth Prince was stunned, and momentarily paused, unsure of what to do next. He thought a sneak attack on Klaus would take him off-guard, but Klaus used the momentum from his attack to get close to his opponents and killed one in the process.
This all happened in the space of a second or two, yet Klaus was able to react in such a manner.
'Did he predict that I'll attack him?'
The Fourth Prince was left shocked at Klaus' thinking process. He couldn't accept that Klaus was powerful and also very smart as well. The fact that he could do something like this meant that it was within his calculations.
"Such a scary man." The Gnome who survived was shocked as well.
He never expected the Fourth Prince to attack Klaus, so he never really prepared for it, but Klaus foresaw that and used it to his advantage. This wasn't someone he would want to get entangled with. However, there was no way he could leave. Klaus was staring at him like a predator, and he knew turning one's back to a predator was the same as death. His only chance of survival was to fight, and hope the Fourth Prince can save him.
Klaus looked at the man with a smile on his face, he asked, "Are you planning to escape? If you are, you can, I promise to let you leave."
The man took a glance at Klaus, surprised.
Seeing his gaze, Klaus said, "I'm not lying, you can leave, I won't stop you."
The man gritted his teeth, took a glance at the Fourth Prince and took a step forward, prepared to fight.
